Mix & Blend

At Sir Juice we love to play with fruit. We look at the nutritional benefits of each one; we taste, smell, and examine them. And if we treat them just right they'll sometimes let out a little squeak of pleasure.
So, after years of fruit frolicking we have come across a fair few good ideas and have decided to share them with you. We will also be asking some of our good friends to give us ideas so soon this page will be jam packed with things to do with our deliciously indulgant fruit juice.
To start with we'll keep it easy, so don't be afraid, give it a go.
Below are some simple rules to help you get the most out of your fruit juice and hopefully one day the little guys will squeak at you too.
Rule 1 - There are no rules - Experiment.
Most people have different opinions of what tastes great, and we think the world would be a rather boring place if things tasted the same all the time. Herbs, spices and even chocolate can make great additions to fruit juice. So be bold and try new things. You are the master of your own taste-bud happiness. Be kind to your taste buds. They have rights too!
Rule 2 - It’s all about the raw material.
Poor raw materials make poor end products. Ask any chef. It’s much easier to enhance the taste of a good fruit juice than to make a rubbish fruit juice taste good. At Sir Juice we focus on finding the best raw material and doing as little as possible to it.
Rule 3 - Always keep chilled!
Good fruit juice is just like milk. It goes off if you don’t keep it chilled. Our fruit juice likes to chill out at 3-5 degrees Celsius. So always keep it in the fridge where it belongs.
Rule 4 - Water makes the fruit grow round.
Water is the easiest way to adjust the taste of your fruit juice. If it’s too sweet, add some water until it’s just right. This lowers the calorie count, makes the juice a bit thinner and increases the amount of juice you have to drink. All hail water... And Ice.
